I've been to this location many times, at opening, mid-day, and before closing. Everything about the food is great, and I've never had a complaint with service, even when lines are long. However, one caveat includes the quality of the fries. Wouldn't know about delivery, but when picking up to eat at home, the fries at times would seem stale and had no crunch to them. Other than that, place is great.
